Whoever was working the night shift & prepared the food did an amazing job! French toast sticks were fluffy & made just right, teriyaki bowl was amazing. They didnt have have the Boba Milk Tea (small) that i ordered but they contacted me & went ahead & made it a Large for the inconvenience. Very pleasantly surprised from past experiences, keep up the good work!

Triple bonus Jack is false advertisement . The size of it should make it part of the value menu. Looks like it was just thrown together by a toddler.
"Stacked" Croissant first of all is burnt on top. Second of all, it's definitely not stacked, flat as a pancake with the top slice of croissant half fallen off the sandwich. Pathetic.
My iced mocha I asked and paid for extra drizzle on the cup, there was none.
And the pancakes you know damn well came from a frozen bag they got at stater brothers or something .
Jack n the box now charges for ANY ranch or other condiments not just extra. Increased prices with decreased product. I keep trying different things hoping it will somewhat resemble the picture or look appetizing. Quickly turning into a knock off McDonald's or any other run down overrated burger place. If I'm paying these prices, may as well drive a little further to In n Out or Five guys. At least I know I won't be disappointed .

I ordered 2 Monster Tacos & received regular tacos that hardly had any filling. Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich eggs were overfried & rubbery. <<taggedItemId=17770993388>>Southwest Salad w/ Cris<</taggedItemId>>py Chicken black beans were mushy. Not a good experience.

Bacon Breakfast Jack Wrap & Ham Breakfast Jack Wrap are really good & lots of fillings. Two Tacos always my favorite.

5pc Crispy Chicken Strips are great! Crunchy coating is tasty! Not liking Halfsie Fries. Tiny old pieces. Chocolate Overload™ Cake is a joke.
