Tacos were Extra salty and greasy. The burger was "cooked" as if they pre cooked it 3 hours ago. This location specifically, employees are just lazy and there seems to be no structure when it comes to it. The managers lack authority on their employees, and it shows. The Concord Parkway and University locations are way better. Wish there was a way to pick the other ones...

Everything was amazing and hot, but my Midnight Snack Shake was switched to an Oreo without contacting me. I also didn't get the hash brown with my Sausage Croissant Combo. Instead it was replaced with fries. Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo is always good though. Otherwise delicious and well packaged.

I didn't order the bun, but it was still there which is fine as I could remove it while eating. but the filet was burnt and not crispy giving it a bitter taste and a chewy meat.
