We had the jumbo platters. It was fresh and very tasty. The portion didn't look enough but splitting between the two platters easily became a great breakfast. The eggs were real. The hashbrowns were so crispy. So ono! I had the jumbo breakfast platter with french toast and the hubby had the jumbo breakfast platter with Portuguese sausage. We also bought a 3 piece french toast sticks We will definitely order these again . Good job!

6pc Smoke Show Smoky BBQ Crispy Boneless Wings and 6pc Honey Garlic Sriracha Crispy Boneless Wings are nothing like how they market them. Dry, barely sauced, and bland...

4 stars for the taste - it was delicious. But the small sprite was missing, and they only gave me 4 onion rings??? I wasn't expecting a LOT of onion rings but more than 4 would've been nice....

Munchie burger was hard / old (bread too). Onion rings were refried. No crisp. Just hard. Onions inside dried out. Batter tasted like fish because there was some sort of cross contamination going on there. Chicken tenders was refried and hard. 50 bucks later... just pure disappointment. Passing on Jack in the future. I have that experience and others to remind myself that jack's is not a good uber choice.
