I ordered2 orders of Jumbo Egg Rolls (3)
I received 5 egg rolls. No sauce. I called the store to question why this happened and the employee hung up on me. I tried to call back to get their name and the name of the mmanager I could speak to the following morning and they rejected my call.

old Two Tacos, cold old hard Seasoned Curly Fries,and the egg roll Jumbo Egg Roll (1) was still frozen in the middle. Crazy because my 5 star dasher had to wait for 15 min. and she did wait and come dirctly to meso this was 100%on Jack n theBox

It took my driver a while to pick up the order but, it seems like Jack in the Box noticed that and waited to make my food, ensuring it was as fresh and hot as possible.The portions are excellent andI will likelybe ordering again, soon enough.🤙

The Jack’s Sugar Cookie were good but for the price it could do better as in lower the price but definitely tasted good and soft

Food was old as heck. I'm usually tolerable when it comes to non-fresh food, but it was blatantly obvious that instead of cooking some more of what I wanted, they just took what was ever there for the past two hours and decided to serve that to me. Jalapeño poppers were dark and old, the popcorn chicken was cold as well. The salt on the wound was looking into the box, only to find 5 to 6 measly pieces of popcorn chicken in the box. Isn't it supposed to be full? Lol.
