The food is burnt it taste old. I'm not pleased at all. I wouldn't order this again. Also my color changing cup was not giving out. The food is not fresh. Portion is good

I ordered the Classic Crispy Jack Wrap and the tortilla was hard as a rock. When I picked up the sleeve it was in I honestly thought they mistakenly gave me an egg roll it from how firm it felt. It was so crispy (the tortilla not the chicken) that pieces broke off in my hand.
