Ordered the chicken box. There were no biscuits. It's not that big of a deal but it made me a little sad because I had never had a Jack's biscuit. maybe next time. The chicken was really good though. :)

The chicken fingers were tiny and cooked to long, very dry and hard to eat, the biscuit was hard as a rock, my little ones couldn't eat them, the iced coffee was so watered down I couldn't drink it. The milkshakes and fries were the only things editable. A waste of money, and very disappointed!

I got the bbreakfast sandwich and the ends of the bread waand so hard as if it has sat out and opened for days..I had 1 piece of bacon on it..the worst sandwich ever..

Did not send drink with dasher. Burgers were made improperly- did not remove items such as onions and pickles (family member has food allergy to these things), sent a spicy chicken sandwich instead of original flavor (was for cancer patient with mouth sensitivity to spices), 3 piece chicken pieces were over cooked, dried out on one. Sandwiches were crushed and flattened in bag. Salad just had chicken strips thrown on top and not cut into pieces. Dasher was amazing and very kind. But this particular Jacks needs a lot of improvement.

I had the 3 piece chicken dinner. The chicken is not seasoned and is not juicy at all. Even the thighs are dry especially the breast! Not worth the money. First and last time ordering jacks!!! Save your money or order elsewhere.
