Jack's Family Restaurant is a mainstay in the Haleyville Community. Although the speed of the counter workers has decreased to a nauseatingly slow pace, the food along with the staff who prepare it are quality. If the counter workers had one inch of "get up and go," about them, Jack's could be A1.

My Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Combo the biscuit was extremely doughy like it wasn't cooked all the way. The sandwhich came with only one piece of bacon...

Fried Chicken Box 12pc was a little greasy but tasted good. But this biscuits were crumbled to pieces all over the chicken and bottom of box.

Ordered a thigh and a wing. Weirdest looking wing Ive ever seen. Not an option for a half/half sweet/unsweet tea option so I ordered one ne of each so I could make my own. Recieved both unsweet. Unfortunately this seems to be the normal to get orders wrong. Would recommend training on product for employees so they can get order correct.
