Absolutely wonderful. We love the yeast donuts. The texture is the perfect blend of light, fluffy, and deliciously chewy. The cinnamon rolls we ordered (in multiple varieties) were all heaven. We ordered a gourmet donut, but they were sold out (of course, because it's so tasty) and they called immediately asking what we would like instead. Fantastic food, excellent customer service, and great delivery

We always order Jack' every Friday morning! there's literally nothing there we don't love. the donuts are always fresh. Perfectly fluffy, soft and perfected frosted as well! the donut holes are perfect for little ones. I ordered Jack's instead of my usual donut place because everyone raves about Jack's. Some say Jack's is the new Long's. Definitely Not! Jack's is like fancy Dunkin Donuts. Old, cold, stale, over sugary donuts. I go to PANA. I'll stick to PANA. I waited an hour for these tasteless overly sugary cold stale donuts. I can order from PANA and get hot fresh warm donuts with a personal touch in 30 mins or less. Also, PANA takes care and pride in their donuts. These Jack's were double stacked. PANA makes sure every donut is presented and never sat on another. My kids on the other hand were impressed with the Jack's giant donuts 🤣😂 . They also really enjoyed the Mermaid Boba, which in my opinion tasted like artificial blueberries. So, it's possible I'd order again for them but definitely not for myself.

I've never had anything but fresh tasty goodness from here no matter what I order. the gourmet donuts are giant pillows of happiness that must be tried!!!

Gourmet Donut was very big but I enjoyed every bit of it. And for the mornings they asked some good coffee,I got Iced P.B. Roll ,which didn't taste overwhelmingly like coffee,it was a good blend.
