The food is always really good and very fresh. We have never received a cold order from this location, and I have only ever had one minor error occur from this location. (They put onions on a sandwich that I requested no onions on, which is why I still gave them a high rating.) They also sometime forget to put straws and napkins with my order, but I honestly don’t know whether to put that on the Dasher or the restaurant itself. Overall, I feel like they care about the quality of their food, and they have exceptionally good/cold soft drinks. On average, we order from here at least once every week and a half or so. I hope they continue to do well, I will be back to update if not.

I've never had to complain about Jacks before. The food has always been great until I ordered Doordash last night. The dasher was great and even arrived a minute or two before the scheduled time. I ordered a Big Jack, a 3 piece chicken finger snack, 2 plain hamburgers, and a coleslaw.
The lettuce on the Big Jack had a really bad taste to it. It was very bitter. I've never had that problem before but it was very off-putting. Even after scraping it off the burger didn't taste like it usually does. it was so bad I was only able to eat about half of it.
The chicken tenders were very dry and hard. I guess they might have been sitting for a while before being ordered. They definitely weren't fresh.
The cole slaw was terrible. It was very dry and had a bitter taste like the lettuce did on the burger, almost like the cabbage was going bad or something. I've always loved the coleslaw. It's never been anything but delicious until last night.

the Stack of Pancakes was missing the bacon, the biscuits Biscuits & Gravy only had about half a biscuit in it and the gravy was on everything, also they did not include any straws for the drinks. the cloverdale road location is MUCH Better!

The paper bag inside the plastic bag? Terrible. The paper bag was so soaked from steam, it completely fell apart as we were taking it out of the plastic bag. Food went everywhere. We love the food but would love an improvement on the packaging

Breakfast Deluxe was not great - eggs were cold, grits were undercooked, hash browns were way too salty and bacon was limp and greasy with no crunch. Biscuit and gravy was ok. And sweet tea was completely unsweet.
