The chicken was not fresh. I asked for 2 thighs and a breast the workers do not know the different parts of a chicken

The top burger bun was both greasy and rubbery. The drink I had purchased had no distinctive flavor. I don't know why this store doesn't have an option to ask for condiments such as, ketchup or mustard packages. I will not be ordering a burger from here anytime soon.

This food was terrible. The chicken was dry and leftover maybe from last night. The biscuits were like bricks. I hate you Jack's. You need to find people that will serve what you offer. I couldn't believe what I received.

The Big BLT was not big and was on plain bread- not toasted. Very little lettuce.
