The chorizo omelette was amazing! I loved the cheese pull that came from the inside of the omelette. The side of breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked and crispy!
I also got an order of biscuits and gravy and the sausage gravy was so flavorful. 10/10 will be back!

Breakfast was a hit! The Southern Belle Benedict is slightly spicy from the pimento cheese. The Candied Bacon was perfect! And my child had nothing but a clean plate for the Biscuits + Gravy. My only slight critique is wishing the hollandaise sauce was a little thicker. I did sub an English muffin instead of the biscuit to help lighten the dish. 100% recommend!

Everything was really good! The candied bacon was not as crispy as I would have liked it, but I also did not specify it to be cooked crispy.

The ingredients overall tasted good. bread was soggy and didn't get the eggs i requested with it.
