Overall food was good. Gyro & Chicken Mix is a good option if you want salad, hummus, pita bread, rice and 2 choice of meat. The chicken in it was just ok so next time I will order the gyro. Salad was good, rice was good, pita bread was soft. Hummus was creamy and for the gyro meat I had no complaints. It tasted as gyro should taste like. Kataifi I've never had before. It was nice and sweet and the pistachios in it was definitely shining through. Pistachio Roll Baklava was way sweeter than the Kataifi. They give you 2 peices of baklava but half of 1 peice is enough because of how sweet it was. Also, I could taste more of the pistachios in the Kataifi than I did in the Pistachio Roll Baklava. Can't wait to try more from the menu

Mediterranean Chicken Shawarma tastes like they make it in Detroit, made with thinner bread wrap with a bit of pickle and some fries. Chicken seasoned well and tender. The side fries were good. The portion was a bit too much for me, especially the fries but probably better than too little. The Halva Pistachio tastes fresh and generous portion as well.

We loved the baba ghanoush and the hummus. The rice was fantastic, full of flavor. Huge portions. We had the food delivered by DoorDash and liked it well enough to go down to the restaurant and try it in person. We would like to do that as the meat was very dry and we think getting it from the restaurant would be much better as the flavor was good.

"Jafra is amazing! The Chicken & Beef Kabob was juicy and flavorful, and the Mediterranean Chicken Shawarma was perfectly seasoned. The Halloumi Cheese and Spanakopita were delicious. Great portions, fresh food, and friendly service. Highly recommended!"

The Chicken & Beef Kabob plate was flavorful but not quite as advertised. One reason I love this dish from various restaurants is the roasted tomato. There was no roasted tomato but instead hummus. The baba ghanoush was a small portion for a high price of $10. It tasted way too lemon-y. I like lemon but some bites were truly sour as if an entire lemon was squeezed into it. The egg plant also did not taste roasted at all which changes the entire taste of baba ghanoush.
I would maybe order the plate again if it actually came with roasted tomato because the meat + rice was flavorful.
