I got a smash burger. There was nothing smashed about the patties, also did not have onion ring as pictured, but it was a good burger anyway. Dirty Fries were also really tasty.

Cool Chick was horrible. I've always raved about JB burgers and recommended them. They've always been extremely generous in size, chicken cooked perfectly, today I received one that weighed 1/3rd of usual weight, was overcooked and chewy and tasted strange. very disappointed. I know it was probably a one off but I also think the chef would of known also.

never disappoints and the portions are super generous, especially the Shoestring Fries. although the Jalapeño Poppers have like halved in size over the past year or so

I have never given below 5 stars on this site before, so this is a genuine review. The order took over an hour which is ok because its a Saturday night. However the food arrived stone cold, not the drivers fault. She had waited for the order at the restaurant for quite a long time and I could see everything on the tracking.
The burger was cold, dry and with uneven ingredients. There was cartilage in my chicken and the piece was incredibly thin and so dry . They had put far too much smokey chipotle on the burger, the lettuce was barely visible. Overall there was nothing good to say about the burger.
The chips were majorly undercooked and stone cold.
Would not order from here ever again and two stars is being generous.

It must be said. JB's has lost their fast ball when it comes to the chicken tenders. Two Hungry Bears is juicer.
I hope JB steps it up because I love them.
