great flavors and value! not your typical fast food sandwiches and burgers. highly recommend the make it a double.

I'm not even over exaggerating when I say this was the worst meal I've ever had. The Korean chicken sandwich was so bland and dry it tasted like I was eating a boiled chicken sandwich. The smash burger was anything but a smashburger! A GOOD smashburger should be thin, crispy, flavorful. This smashburger tasted like boiled meatloaf. It wasn't thin. It's wasn't "smashed" so it had no crispy edges, but rather tasted chewy. It was barely seasoned. The one measly piece of bacon on it was burnt!!! The onions in it made it taste even more like meatloaf. The fries were so soggy and almost tasted like freezer burn. And for $60!? Are you guys insane? I could get a more appetizing meal from McDonalds!
I'm am disgusted and beyond disappointed with my experience today. The fact that you can serve this to people tells me one of two things, you know your food is bad and don't care, or you have no idea what good food is and then shouldn't be in the restaurant industry at all.
I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. Absolutely disgusting!

For 22.57 I got chicken sandwich with so much breading the flavor of the chicken was lost, the slaw was nothing but big pieces of cabbage stalk, and the bun was burnt. The best part of the meal was the box of McDonalds fries that came with the sandwich. I should have just gotten a chicken sandwich from McDonalds and their fries. It would have been better and they wouldn't have charged 22.57 for it. First and last time with this place. Do not recommend.
