The bacon was burnt and very hard to eat and there was way too much vinegar that made the bread very soggy

my husband and I really enjoy subs from here, but last night, the bread was very hard and it ruined the sub.

The last two times we have ordered from this store my husband's sandwich was not on the specified Rosemary Parm bread. Rather, it came on white, not the end of the world but makes a big impact for someone who can be a little particular. Please tell us if there is no RP bread or just slow down and read the ticket!
