• 7/2/25I love Jersey Mike's but they always seem to get Doordash orders wrong! Ordered a Regular and a Giant but got two Regulars. The food is always great but it is very frustrating.

I have been ordering from
JM about twice monthly. It's important enough to me I am considering trying elsewhere. It has been my favorite sandwich.
Sad about this. I don't understand why?

• 22/4/25Food had good flavor and the portion size was adequate. I would have enjoyed the food more if the order had been correct. The chicken salad was supposed to have white bread, and the roast beef was supposed to have rosemary parmesan. They were switched.... pay attention please!!

• 2/4/26Green bell peppers had the right thing cut and crispness. That's a biggie especially for a vegetarian. It was especially fresh tasting today. Yummy!

• 7/2/25When order in a group they NEVER specify what sandwich is for who. Only write numbers on them so if you order the same number as another person or remove an item or chose a different bread you can be sure you will get the wrong sandwich every time.
