The sub was perfect! Lots of meat and cheese and everything was exactly what I wanted.

The overall taste and quality of the subs was great. But there is no way I'd be willing to spend that amount of money on a sub of that size. The "giant" size sub ran $22+ and was barely over 12 inch. The "regular" was barley 7inches for $12+. Again taste great but portion wise is a joke.

For 60.00 these subs were so small. Not what it usually served at Jers Mikes. To say im disappointed would be put it mildly. The bread was dense and the sub was half the size.

I ordered from them quite a while ago. I remember striking it off my list because that was the very first time I'd ordered from them. I wasn't impressed. it was overpriced and not worth the money Bland nothing special and super expensive. .Recently I was in
Connecticut, and the host suggested that we go to Jersey Mike's for Subs. I was was less than enthusiastic. but I will tell you those subs were the most amazing Subs I have ever had in my entire life. so I came back to New York and decided to try again. I ordered the same exact sub. I just received my order. the roast beef is watery it doesn't have any flavor.. at all. the bread, compared to out oft sate tastes day old. The entire sub is no pun intended -subpar. I w illnever order ofom this store again. save your money. I don't know what they are doing but this is a terrible sub. I can only hope that the owner of the store sees this. because the difference is night and day. and my order from you was 70 bucks of garbage...twice.

I ordered three subs from this store on an extremely busy night after they had paused doordash orders and had just turned them back on. When my order was dropped off to me there were three business card type things in the bag and I thought they were just advertisements so I tossed them aside. As we sat down to eat, we noticed that what we had weren't subs, they were actually wraps but we shrugged it off because we knew the store had been busy and the wraps were just as enjoyable as a sub. Later on, I took a closer look at the "business cards" and saw that they were actually coupons for free subs with no purchase necessary. Three of them. Instead of canceling my order because they ran out of bread or because they were so busy, they made our sandwiches on wraps and then comped the entire meal BEFORE there was any opportunity for potential confrontation from any upset customers. That is amazing customer service and amazing management!
