I just love their sandwiches, especially the Little John. They really need to bring the Black and Bleu back!

PLEASE JUST ADD PICKLE SPEARS TO YOUR MENU so that I don't have to call in every single time to add that to my order, giving my confidential CC#/information OVER THE PHONE PLEASE!!!
Every time I call in to advocate for making this happen... I get the same canned response that "This is handled on a corporate level"... when it is NOT!! I've been to other towns/cities where the whole pickle... WITH OPTIONS... is 100% available on THEIR DoorDash site/store!!! So ... FALSE!!
It's the same thing with your chips selection!! You only have like three flavors of chips offered on your DoorDash site!!
You guys... JUST UPDATE YOUR DOORDASH to include EVERYTHING that you offer on your menu!!! PLEASE!!
What makes this even MORE annoying is... you actually DID just recently update your menu (withholding the items that I just indicated)... to reflect NEW SPECIALS like the gyro... but STILL can't complete their CURRENT menu!!
I'm TIRED of being required to call in REPEATEDLY for a... wait for it... $1.79 PICKLE transaction. Your staff told me that they have been directed to "not give away free food". That's just absurd. ESPECIALLY if you don't have it AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE on your own DD site!!
If you want customers to PURCHASE pickles... then MAKE THEM AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE on DoorDash!! And until you do... YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD be giving your customers free pickles because... it's 100% YOUR fault for not making them PURCHASABLE on DoorDash!!
And just think of the LABOR expenses that you are wasting when your staff has to take such calls when they could be doing something more productive!!!
COME ON guys. Just take ownership and make the changes. Once I see that... then I'll happily delete this review. We LOVE your sandwiches so much and are absolutely THRILLED that we can finally DoorDash you guys!!!
Sandwiches great. DoorDash situation, customer service for DoorDash customer service... OOF. FIX IT and I'll happily retract this review. I simply want results.

I bragged about how great these sandwiches are. My husband had never had one. My husband and I were so disappointed. The bread was so hard that it was difficult to eat.

What we received was very good. However our SLIM 6 was missing entirely which made for 1 unhappy 7 year old🤣but we love jimmy johns and will definitely order again!
