My driver went out of her way to fix a potential issue of forgetting or giving my drink to another customer. She provided a bottled drink instead, which I am sure she had to stop somewhere to pick up, rather than just not giving it to me. I was pleased with this extra attention by the driver. I always have reliable service through Jimmy John's and their delivery staff.

Even though the first dasher stole my order, this JJ store remade it when I called them to ask about my order. I feel that DD should reimburse the JJ for the second order.

The lid on my sprite I got was broken or ill fitting and when I went to lick the cup up it spilled all over my porch
