Jimmy johns messed up my pick up order but quickly remade the sandwich and even gave me a free bag of chips, staff was very fast and super friendly

The sandwich had very little turkey on it. It tasted okay. I wouldn't pay $30 for it again though.

I ordered two #9s and one of the em had very little ingredients
Also there was no straw for the drink

I tried to order a sandwich and they called nearly an hour later to say they didn't have a driver to deliver the order and asked me to come in and get it. This is the first problem I've had with this shop, but this was beyond disappointing.
