Glad to see JJ on DD. However, it would be nice if we had the same modifiers for the sandwiches like your website for example extra cheese, extra veggies, crispy fried onion, and horseradish. Without those customary options it's just subpar taste and tiny portions

This is a chicken bacon ranch with no veggies. Burnt bacon and maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken. Definitely not worth $13. No more Jimmy John's for us.

Twice now I've ordered from Jimmy John's, waited an hour, then noticed the order was marked "complete" without the delivery arriving. You can't track them on DoorDash and, in my experience, they often don't follow-through on your order. Not worth the risk.
