I really enjoy Jimmy John's. Good stuff! Recently I was given the wrong order & after I called the store, the manager sent my order over within 20 minutes. It was perfect! We all make mistakes, it's awesome that they fix it.

Portion was good. Well made sandwich, not sloppy. Bread holds up well and remains soft at the same time. The pickle I got quartered, it was a good dill. I'll order this sandwich again for sure ! Definitely recommend it

I don't know what was up with this bread, but half of it was wet and soggy and the other half was crusty and squished. The roast beef was various colors - just not good. I took a couple of bites and had to throw it away. With all the fees, this thing was $25. Which went in the trash.

I think it was lacking meat. I don't know if it was because I buy one get one free, but literally like two pieces of meat. Bread is amazing though.
