The sandwiches were delicious and wonderful!
However, we didn't realize til later we didn't get the drink we had ordered. We should have paid more attention.

Delivered to wrong apartment, fortunately to a nice enough neighbor who called to let me know. The turkey Tom literally had only 2 slices of turkey and paid for avocado that wasn't included. Bread on club was dried out and also missing avocado.

Staff was friendly and pickup was easy. But there was barely any meat in my sandwich. I haven't had JJs in a hot minute and I won't be back if this is the portion situation.

we ordered the #11 & #12. My 10 yr old grandson is special about what is on his sandwich. By the time he requested his sandwich it was almost plain. Sandwich came as ordered. Lately other take outs appear to read the requests ie- allergies-tomato raspberry peanuts etc. These foods are requested off- no tomatoes, no raspberry sauce,etc.and says ALLERGY in LG letters yet,they come on your sandwich etc. Thanks to the staff who are doing a great job .

bread was super soggy tight it was going to be a hoagie but was regular bread. other then that was good.
