The staff is always friendly and patient and the food is always delicious and super fresh.

the sandwich was not up to par the bread was hard and stale o had to take the sandwich apart and warm it first

Jimmy Johns took too long putting the order together. Which made me miss my lunch because the order was well over a half hour late. I scheduled a time for this order rather than going with the asap option. I could understand if it was an asap order but they I scheduled the order well in advance. Because I had to wait the sandwich was soggy. The lettuce also tasted unwashed and old. I am Very displeased with my experience. I would recommend skipping Jimmy Johns in the future. I know I will be.
