They have nailed the one thing most places miss: consistency! I always know exactly what I am goingto get from Jimmy Johns. I love their fresh sandwiches, neatly packaged and always correct!! Thank you for delivering exactly what is expected every time. Their kettle Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips® are really savory as well.

#15 CLUB TUNA® bread dry, tuna was dry.
I have gotten this before and was wonderful.
I felt like I was eating a week old bread.

All I got was a bag of chips and a Sandwich. Did not get my cookies or sprite. And was overcharged!!!
