I have been eating JJ for years. Today's sandwich was officially the worst sandwich anyone at JJ ever made. The bread was stale hard and dry. The inside was half empty. And it tasted so bad I could barely eat it.

They didn't have the correct meat we ordered and called at the last minute to ask if we wanted something else. And when the food showed up ingredients had been left off of the sandwiches.

A 32oz drink shouldn't have 16oz of ice... especially after you ask for NO ICE.
