High quality fish but overpriced compared to competitors . Won't order again mostly because of value

Got the Classic Setto again, wasnt as good as when I ordered it a month ago. Set came tossed around and nothing was written on the top cover to tell me which was what. Nigiri themselves didnt taste that fresh, like itd been sitting for a bit. "Hamachi" Serrano was tasty and good cuts of hamachi, I like better than the other makis I got last time - scallop and tuna.

Spicy Bluefin Tuna had truffle oil in it or something in it? Not good. Didn't look anything like pictures or taste like spicy tuna. Way too expensive for something so bad. Have to order another meal now, we can't eat this.
