Love what I ordered! First time trying and it did not disappoint. That Short Rib Sandwich was delicious, and a good size. My Crispy Bacon wass soooo crispy(which I loved). Mad hed Potatoes was very smooth and creamy. You also good a good little container of it, so definitely worth it. Mat cha Latte was basic, but still good. Good for lunch :)

The quality is always excellent but the macaroni and cheese for $8 was a little small; if I had gotten an entire center piece, for example, it would've been even & not diminutive, and fairer.
The sandwich quality is good; it's just skimpier than in the picture on their site.
Again, the quality is great I really like Joan's..

Breakfast Burrito:
Really tasty and filling. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy, and everything was wrapped nicely in the tortilla.
BLT sandwich:
Simple and fresh. The bacon was crunchy, the lettuce was crisp, and the tomato was juicy. The bread was nicely toasted. A light and satisfying meal.

I got the Asian salad with grilled chicken which was delicious...especially the large amount of wontons and riced crackers. However, the Asian dressing tasted more like honey mustard than an Asian sesame dressing. I couldn't finish the salad unfortunately. If I order again, it would have to be with another dressing

First time having Joan's on Third. Everything was really well packaged with care for delivery. Even the tuna sandwich was sliced in half, with each half wrapped so the filling wouldn't slide out. The Tuna Sandwich had finely shredded carrots in it; different but not bad. Bread was perfectly toasted, fresh/ripe lettuce & tomato.
The Hash Browns were perfection! I had the Well Done option. The top was wonderfully crisp, and then you get to the almost creamy shreds in the middle. Only wish they had an option to add ketchup or hot sauce packets on side for those of us at a hotel & have no condiments.
Of the 2 muffins we got, the Banana Chocolate Muffin was the clear winner. It's the most moist banana bread in muffin form. It has chocolate chips in it and a slice of banana on top. So good, wish we ordered more! The Strawberry Buttermilk Muffin was beautiful. Had some sugar crunch on top and lots of strawberries on top and throughout. The batter had some warm spice in it. I preferred the texture of the banana muffin better, but the strawberry flavor was great.
Crispy Bacon was the best I've ever had from delivery, and better than most dine-in bacon! I asked for extra crispy, and it did not disappoint! Perfect balance of shatter & chew.
Will definitely be ordering from Joan's again soon!
