Johnny was trained in England on how to make fish & chips the London way. He has opened 38 Tugboat Fish and Chip in California and passed his culinary expertise along to the new proprietors.
Deelish fisn n chips as always. Clam strips were so fresh and tasty. Always such an enjoyable meal. Love this place!

Consistently delicious food! Best clam strips I've had since I lived in New England. The zucchini arrived crispy and yummy, and I lived that I could see b hush puppies for the "chips". It was an added cost but well worth it. The fish was cooked perfectly and the portions are large. I keep going back!

2 Pieces of Fish & Chips served with tartar sauce and malt vinegar. The Fish is well cooked yet lacks flavor. The batter is crispy crunch yet lacks flavor. French fries are very greasy. The delivery bag was even greasy. Oh no.

What a treat! Reminds me of HS Salt from back in the day. Themalt vinegar was a welcome surprise! Can totally tell the oil was clean and the breading/crust was outstanding. Fish and Chips is hit or miss most of the time but this was spot on! Would totally recommend and will order again! Yum! Fish & PrawnsZucchini(10 pieces slice)

fish was dry and coating was very crunchy. lumpia not deep fried to a golden brown... very pale! I've ordered and picked up and never once had a bad opinion. this was disappointing with a delivery fee of 5.99 was not worth it. could have saved fee and ordered in person.
