I had a very disappointing experience at JoJo’s ShakeBAR. I ordered a burrito that looked like it was thrown together with no care or attention to quality. The bacon bits inside were undercooked, which made the meal unappetizing and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
The overall flavor was terrible, and the ingredients didn’t taste fresh or balanced. After a few bites, I couldn’t eat any more and ended up throwing the whole thing away. For the price, I expected a much better meal and basic quality control in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant meals I’ve had in a long time. I hope they improve their food preparation and pay closer attention to what they’re serving customers.

The Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wing DD Meal Deal was very disappointing. The chicken didn’t taste good and seemed undercooked, almost like it had been microwaved. The fries had a gummy texture. The celery and carrots that came with the meal were also not fresh and didn’t taste good at all. I wouldn't order from there again.

Over priced for a very average milkshake. Shake shack or potbelly's have better for cheaper. Cookie was dry and bland

The food was good, though not great, but overpriced. The bowl of chili only fills up half the container, which is a standard sized bowl container compared to other restaurants.
