Jolly Donuts in North Hollywood went above and beyond to fulfill our order, and I can’t say enough about how much we appreciated their effort and kindness.
When they realized they didn’t have every item we originally ordered, they could have simply left it at that—but instead, they took the time to leave us a thoughtful handwritten note apologizing for the missing items and then absolutely showered us with other options to try. That small gesture brought us so much joy. It showed that they genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make things right.
The donuts were delicious, but honestly, it was the thoughtfulness, generosity, and personal touch that really stood out. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, Jolly Donuts reminded us what taking care of your customers is all about.

Everything was great! Everything I asked for was met. I didn't expect the Apple fritter to be so big but it was sweet and tasted great. I enjoyed the mocha cappuccino and it was made to my liking. Thank you

The ham, egg, mayo and cheese croissant sandwich was delicious! Croissant was crispy and flakey! Honestly so tasty! My strawberry & banana smoothie was also very good! Will definitely be ordering from here again :)
