Excellent service. Staff are so fast, friendly and efficient. They labeled the orders and provided the extra requests and utensils. My first time here and the food is delish. Service is so much better than Popeyes and food quality is better than El Pollo Loco. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

really excellent food! I had the Half Chicken Meal with rice, beans, and potato salad and it was great! the chicken was seasoned just right and wasn't dry. the potato salad and rice was especially good. the beans were good but I think they'd be better if they switched to baked beans but that's just my opinion. Definitely five stars and I'll definitely be back again. Thank you!

Not gonna lie this hit the spot my stomach was craving. The Half Chicken Meal was great! Chicken was tender and juicy plus the tortillas that came with it were warm. Ordered a Flan for dessert and it tasted really fresh as if it was just made! 10/10 would order again

Beans had no salt. Have you ever tried beans cooked without salt? Try it. This was a first but often the beans are the problem usually tasting old and upsetting my stomach.
Potato salad a little bland. Chicken was great. Just wish everything would be consistent and delicious like I know it can be.

Chicken was finely shredded cold and dry. Not only that, but the portion in the bowl was not even close to decent. It was not appetizing at all. Ive gone to other Juan Pollos and the Chicken is hand shredded and fresh. Will not order from this location again.
