The Quesabirria is loaded & meat was tender, was a bit salty. I was expecting the dipping liquid to have more flavor/spice but I was full after 2 slices. This thing could easily feed 3 ppl. Does this freeze well? I will find out

And the portions OMG
In wilmington ,We get 3 birria tacos for about $13
But juans give you a whole damn pizza
The price and quality is sooooooo worth it

Over priced for what you get. Food tasted good but overpriced and the amount for the dollar amount is no good. For example $13 dip trio tiny bag of tortilla chips and 3 small ramekins of the dips. Shrimp ceviche good bit no chips came with it. (Dont most restaurants serve chips with ceviche?)

We cannot get over the Quesabirria ... its FANTASTIC. Leftovers air fry beautifully. and the amount of dip they give with it is impressive! (the cup is 16 oz and its dang near full) SO good!
