Everything is delicious and excellent, but more than once I’ve paid for extra toppings and didn't get them; they don't include the extras I order, even though I'm charged for them :,(

Hit or miss. I love the ingredients so I overlook when they prepare the smoothie poorly. Portion is good and always tastes fresh. I just wish they were more consistent. A lot of times my drink is chunky or the ingredients aren't portioned out right. When the drink is made well I LOVE it, but that makes it extra disappointing when I can tell it was made lazily.

PB Cold Brew Mocha was watery with barely any peanut butter. Add-on instructions don't seem to have been followed either as this one tasted bland compared to every other one I've got.

They are consistently fast and friendly!!! Smoothies are bomb too.

I ordered an almond cream toast because I hate peanut butter, I paid a little more than 1 dollar for the change, but they gave me the peanut butter despite that. They don't even read the orders completely! When there are already more than 2 occasions it is already hateful!
