• 10/4/26The beignets were delicious. There were five of them with plenty of sugar, still warm. The gumbo (specifically the shrimp) was overcooked, however.

• 5/6/26The gumbo was bland and watery, it was inconsistent with the description because there was no crab in it at all. Because it's being served at such a high price I would think that the care in making sure each serving had all the ingredients present in each order would be an important detail. Too much rice as a filler made it look like rice and gravy instead of gumbo.

• 16/2/25Gumbo difficult to eat there were somany chicken bones in it. It's heav on chick stock no veggies okra.There is no crab . Chicken and shrimp was dry. sausage flavorless. I bought 2 just incase of size totally regret.
