The food was AMAZING...Thank You Kayode Restaurant[Mirage].. The suger Puff Puff was so yummy, fluffy and moist; to the Pepper Soup Chicken , tasting so flavorful...then to the Suya Wings, amazing suya pepper seasoning for the gawwds..Also the Kayo Pasta Shrimp ohemgeeh! was so so good :) and last, but not least the Jollof Rice Boneless Chicken tasting so good :D Thank You so muchoss to the Chef and Kayode Restaurant for making my tummy so HAPPY today! After seeing Egusi soup and fufu on TikTok I've been wanting to try it for the longest time and im glad I chose to at kayode restaurant mirage! The food was so delicious and flavorful and I was full after eating only half the portioned fufu and egusi soup. There was plenty of tripe, tendon, and goat meat, though the bones were a bit big. The owner is so so so sweet and kind and even gave me puff puffs on the house! Overall I heavily recommend this place and I'll definitely order again!!

I ordered for the first time out of curiosity after seeing a lot of TikTok videos 😂. I’m from Central Asia (Kazakhstan), so I’m not very used to spicy food Pepper Soup Chicken was a bit too spicy for my taste and more brothy than I expected.
The Pounded Yam (fufu) is quite mild on its own, which I understand is part of the experience. I’m glad I tried it, and I think I would enjoy Pounded Yam even more paired with a milder stew I can make at home.
The portion was generous, the amount shown on my plate in the picture is just a small part. The soup was lighter than it appears in photos, with plenty of meat, a bit of onion, and herbs.

I ordered the Jollof Rice Boneless Chicken and Puff Puff. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! The rice had so much flavor but wasn't too salty. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. The puff puff were not oily at all but light and fluffy. Definitely ordering here frequently from now on. This is the best Nigerian food I've had in Brooklyn!

WOW! Once again mind blown a second time! The food was so sweet and hot . Portioned so well, I also got moi moi added for me which im so grateful for!! It was super yummy. Thank you so much for always delivering A1 top tier food! & also for the extra, this is my new fav Nigerian food spot. So many out there but the food cannot be compared to this restaurant. Whoever the chef is, mama you are a darling and if it's a guy oga you are a darling as well, thank you for providing tasty food to your customers <3
