Ordered the Chicken HSP but with salad as a base 10/10 fresh, good amount of sauce and meat. Will be ordered again

Stone cold, burnt to a crisp, rock hard kebab and wrap were both inedible, went straight in the bin. Also paid $4.50 extra for extra meat and got same regular amount. Disgusting don't waste your money.

I order HSPs from here quite often, but my last order and this one were really disappointing.
Whenever I used to order a Large HSP, it was always filled generously. This time, however, it was barely any different from a regular size. There’s honestly no reason to pay extra for a large anymore.
It makes me wonder if the ownership or management has changed, because the portion size and overall quality are not what they used to be. Very disappointing compared to my previous experiences.
