• 8/8/22Everything was delicious and nothing was missing. Unfortunately one of the bowls of gravy spilled and the biscuits were covered in gravy. Not sure if it was due to the lid not being on all the way when packaged or if it popped off while being delivered. It was probably just not on all the way, because the lids weren't super easy to get off. There was gravy all in the bag and the box the biscuits were in was soaked too. Aside from that, everything was still warm and tasted yummy! The half gallon of tea was fresh too. I used to work fast food, and we would make the tea fresh for those who ordered half gallons up to a gallon. The wait wasn't long at all, which was great for a Monday evening. Other places I've ordered from have a wait of an hour or longer. The wait for our KFC order was 16-26 minutes! That's impressive for a big family meal like this. Keep up the great work!

• 1/5/23The delivery was great. The bowls have gone down in quality. It looks like they only put in 6 pieces of chicken, some corn, and the toppings are sparse. There was plenty potatoes and gravy, but the rest isn't as good as it was a few months ago. It doesn't look like the photo anymore. ☹️☹️

• 5/12/25On 11/4/2025 at 8:30 PM, I ordered three 2-piece meals through DoorDash pickup using the BOGO promotion and purchased an additional meal. When I opened the order, the chicken smelled strongly of old grease and was too hard to eat. Neither my daughter nor I could eat our meals.
I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty. When I asked if the grease was old, she dismissed the concern and hung up. I called back and asked for her name to file a complaint; she refused to provide it. Throughout the call, she interrupted me, spoke over me, and did not seem concerned about the issue. As a frequent customer with no prior problems, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service, accountability, or willingness to address the food quality issue.
My intention wasn’t to request a refund, but simply to make management aware that something was wrong with the food that night. Instead, I encountered a manager who seemed overwhelmed, uninterested, and not guest-focused. I hope she has a better day tomorrow and approaches guests with more care and professionalism.
On a positive note, the young lady with the piercings at the drive-through window provided excellent service.

• 6/6/253 pc. ChickeKFC foin Big Box. KFC chicken is good but orders ate wrong a lot. I received 2 breadts but no wing! I ordered a Pepsi Zero and a regular Pepsi. My mother cannot have artificial s×extenders as they cause migraines, thus she could not drink hers. Labeling would be good. KFC is too expensive to mess up!

• 28/6/26The quality wasn't the best tonight tenders were dry and tasted old . The chicken sandwich consisted 2 chicken tenders instead of a chicken patty.
