these guys/gals in that kitchen ain't playing. they serving straight fire. Chicken was fresh and hot.

• 10/5/26The chicken was so boney & my biscuit was so small it look distorted. I also did not receive a thigh just two legs that I ate due to hunger

• 21/1/26DoorDash wouldn't give me the option for extra crispy so I called and they made sure I got it! It's delicious, wayyy bigger than expected, and exactly what I wanted!

• 24/8/25I don't know if I just got lucky this time but the chicken was normal sized! Not like baby chicken that's pretty normal to get. LOVE that they finally brought back the wedges. Also new packaging was really nice for the meals!

• 10/6/26Having to order drumsticks individually was already a chore and an expensive one at that. When I got my Chicken Drums, they were so soggy from the moisture that they were falling off the bone. There is no crisp, no crunch. The flavor is barely there and it's just mushy chicken. I would have order from Popeyes, but I wanted to give KFC one last shot at regular fried chicken. Never ordering this again. Awful experience
