• 2/3/26Potato Wedges are always a hit and were hot and fresh, but under filled. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was not hot enough and barely had any sauce on it which was disappointing. Everything else was fresh and good

• 15/9/25The food was dry, tasted terrible... couldn't finish it. The steak fries were so chewy and old I got through part of 3 fries and gave up.
The chicken sandwich was inedible. I had to tear off the entire edge of the whole sandwich because it was so dry. I couldn't even bite through it.
I've always enjoyed KFC but this is so disappointing.

• 7/3/245 pc. Tenders Big Box had one serving of soggy fries split between two containers but the chicken tenders were tasty and seemed fresh. for whatever reason I got 2 straws for my one drink but only got 2 out of the 4 sauces for my food

• 19/3/26I got excited when I saw the nashville hot chicken is back, but upon receiving it, it is a pale imitation of what it once was. It used to come with tons of sauce, in its own container, and even had pickle slices. Now I can barely tell it has sauce, the majority of it was in the cardboard container it came in along with the fries and biscuit, not on the chicken. Not to mention it's way more expensive than it used to be, for less quality.
