food is always hot and good.. and the size of the chicken omg no other restaurants come close to the size of family meals they give at great prices at that

I got the 3 piece chicken box and the food was pretty good. The fries tasted a little old but I can justify that with the fact I live about 15 mins out from the store. The thing that got me was how long kfc took to even start making the order. My dasher was at the store for at least 10 minutes before they even started making my order and once they started they made it in like 2 mins so what even took so long to start the process? Dasher was amazing w communication and letting me know what was happening even told me kfc always does this and last time he was there they took 30 minutes just to get him the order. Even with the food being good I would not order from here again due to the unreasonable wait.

Tried the 5 pc. Tenders Big Box for the first time. Major disappointment. Both the fries and tenders had the taste and texture like they'd been left under a hot light for an hour, then set aside to get completely cold and very hard. I live >15 minutes from store and allow for nominal cooling (even though Chinese orders always arrive as if they went directly from pan to my table hot). Dasher was tracked traveling directly to my house, so it wasn't his fault. Last,flavor was sorely lacking. The two stars are for the slaw, biscuit, and Pepsi. Sad.

Very didadisappointed.The bowl was half full. The 4 tenders were the size equivalent to less than 2 regular tenders. The tenders were also dry. My drink was missing and no sauce or utensils were inclouded, even though they were requested.

The Taste of KFC 6 pc. Deal could have been better. It says it's a meal for 2 but the sides are so small, it only feeds 1 person with the side's.
