Food was great as always! We love their Famous Bowls and chicken nuggets! Will order again!

KFC has really lost its edge in recent years. The past few times I've ordered chicken from KFC the drop in quality has become quite apparent. Despite that and feeling nostalgic after seeing that KFC had brought back Honey BBQ I ordered my old favorite. The chicken was dry and the BBQ sauce did not taste the way I remember it at all. Portion size is on the small size. Luckily there are many better options for good chicken in Lubbock.

My 5 piece 5 pc. Nuggets were overcooked or rather you could tell they had been under a light for a very long time. Don't know why they still insist on selling those to customers when it's clear they are going to be subpar. Other than not being able to chose my own pieces of meat, my three piece chicken was pretty good. I wish they would sell the jalapeños on DoorDash.

My tenders were a mixed bag. You could tell two of them had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile, and the two other ones had been just lightly cooked. The worst thing in the bag were the fries that I ordered with the 3 pc. Chicken Combo. The taste of those fries were horrible. I'm guessing it was some very old rancid grease that was used for those fries. I took one bite and I was done with them. G-r-o-s-s!

Packaging was insanely bad. Food bag was open and just exposed to anything and anyone. I was missing 2 of my Pie Poppers supposed to come with 4 but I only got 2 of them. Can't tell if it's missing or it spilled out somewhere because the packaging is so bad and KFC doesn't at least tie the bag to secure food plus no straw.
