• 15/8/26Food was excellent, it was warm and fresh for a change. My only ongoing complaint is that not only do they pack the COLD coleslaw in the same brown bag as the hot food, they pack it on the bottom of the bag, where it's most likely to get hot sandwiched between a bucket of chicken on one side, a box of biscuits on another, and then hot mashed potatoes, gravy, or other hot food above it, and then it will sat on a seat or the floor fir transport, trapping in all that heat. at least if the cold food was packed on TOP of the warm food, it would have access to cooler air during transport, and the coleslaw sauce would not become grossly warm in the process.

• 20/10/26We ordered leg and thigh meals for both the 12pc original recipe meal and the 8 pc build a meal. The build a meal was correct and had fresh chicken. the 12 piece meal sent to us is the kind with chicken breasts and chickem wings. Guess what no one in this house likes, and thus why we never order them!? O top of this, that chicken is so old and dried out, even the Sahara would give it back. On top of this, iinstead of 4 thsighs, we got 3, and got 5 wings.

• 16/6/26The Mac and cheese had a strong chemical taste and the chicken had no flavor. Overall just not worth the money

• 29/1/25The food was cold, and it was not a particularly cold day - something went wrong on that one. But the food was AWESOME! The chicken was perfect - fresh tasting and crispy delish! Potatoes and gravy were super good once they were re-heated. The only food disappointment were the cherry pie poppers which were not worth buying - cherries and even the crust didn't taste good.

• 17/8/26It only had 4 small pieces of chicken and the gravy smelled like fish.
