• 23/5/23This is supposed to be an 8 pc bucket of 2 breast, 2 wing, 2 thigh, & 2 leg. I got, 1 breast (tiny as a hen from the supermarket), 3 thigh, 2 wing, and 2 leg. I found the pieces to be very small, extra crispy does not mean the crunch is like that of trying to bite into a stone. Wings were uneatable they were so hard to the bite. Even picking off a bit was like crunching rocks. Not happy, very disappointed. Not paying that amount of money again. I will just put in the work at home and cook my own chicken at $15 for a whole bird and not KFC prices.

• 31/7/25the chicken Chicken Breast was cooked too long and was really hard Mashed Potatoes & Gravy tasted like really strong pepper

• 19/12/25My supposed to be smothered Original Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich was drizzled with watered down BBQ sauce... I'm guessing they were trying to save a quick buck... so disappointing.
