• 5/10/23When it comes to Chicken the KFC is perfect.
However, they need to try new flavours and designs. Also please provide options of sauces while purchasing.

• 21/1/26Food was fast, but popcorn chicken was dry, I got half a tender which was inedible because it was dry and tough (I assume they were running out) so they added a drumstick which I don't like. They also forgot my aioli dip but luckily I had some in the house or I wouldn't have been able to eat most of it.
At least the door dash driver was quick and lovely to interact with.

• 10/7/25Chicken over cooked, dry. Many tiny pieces.
Mashed potatoes and gravy was watery and tasted strange.
Coleslaw was bland, watery and without flavour.
Chips were undercooked. Nothing special.
I used to love KFC, but standard has dropped to the point it just can't compete. Hasn't improved in decades....Nothing tastes as it should, like it used to. Just YUK.....Staff, arrogant, rude.....

• 28/10/25This is so disappointing, I expected the hot and crispy pieces to be at least moderately sized for a feast, but instead I got a nugget sized worth of a $15 chicken- i might as well have bought a popcorn chicken, which would have been worth it's price. Please do better KFC.

• 2/7/25Ordered 6pcs of chicken and a large Potato & Gravy and was patiently waiting for it for like 30 min-ish amidst the fact that it's just 15 min away from our house since I also have to understand that there's cooking time and I'm not the only customer. But after another 10 minutes, I noticed that the dasher was still on the store and decided to call. He answered and said that he arrived early at the area and has been waiting there. He also asked the crew about the order but didn't provide any assistance and answer. Overall, the food was nice but please be more reasonable and communicate properly with dashers because they're working as well. I understand that it must have been really busy but a simple "sorry it's gonna take long" and more updates given to dashers would be better so they can update their customers as well.
