Very attentive staff at store let dasher know a sauce was out for the 10 pc. Saucy Nuggets and was able to switch it out in time for a flavor I wanted! Very quick delivery time and the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Mac & Cheese and always so delicious! Would recommend this every time.

Thomas was very courteous and respectful. The coleslaw from KFC here in Massena had rancid carrots bleck. but that is the store's fault. The Pot Pie was amazing!!!

The chicken was good but the wedges and biscuit were overcooked. The wedges were also extremely salty

The chicken had no taste and was dry. The sweet tea was unsweet. The mashed potatoes were the only part I enjoyed.

This is the last time I try to get the Coleslaw Snacker... they never put the coleslaw on them for whatever reason - I got SPICY ones instead.
They were out of poppers, so they gave me cookies instead. Those were okay.
The nuggets and fries were old/dry and too salty - like this review. My dasher waited for 5 other orders before mine, so how I got old dried up food is beyond me.
