It's pretty common for me to receive either missing or incorrect items from this restaurant. They do not seem to put enough care and consideration in the manner of service to their paying customers.

My order was change twice while I was waiting due to apparently my original choices weren't available . I order large gravy didn't get it I did not want large fries got them wanted original recipe chicken got the new recipe . The only part that was right was the tenders and popcorn chicken. Not very impressed with KFCto just decide to change the order and not give you the option to pick what you wanted.
