• 12/7/25The food was goo.d. However. I didn't order gravy.The staff fails to read the complete order, giving unasked for items, gravy, they are wasting profits. This seem to be habitual.

• 14/3/26Food isn't cooked well. My fries were stale, my chicken was dry and over cooked. I ordered Mac and cheese with my order and I received half the Mac in the container. I ordered 12 wings and they all were burnt and disgusting. I'm disappointed I wasn't able to get a refund. Will not order again

• 21/7/24They didn't follow the order. I asked for two sides of mashed potatoes without gravy, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. We didn't get the Mac and cheese, there was gravy on the potatoes, and the chicken was on the over done side. Normally they do a good job, but this time it was not.

• 8/7/25Ordered 2 chicken breasts and coleslaw. The chicken was very dry and the coleslaw was dry as well. Don't bother from the Plattsmouth location.
