Always delicious! I have never been disappointed, when I treat my family to KFC. The chicken pieces, are tender and juicy. The coating is so flavourful and crispy. Coleslaw is still delicious :) Fries & their traditional gravy, is a necessity.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO K.F.C?? MY 4-PIECE DINNER IS HORRIBLE, I ATE ABOUT 1/2 A PIECE OF CHICKEN, IT DIDN'T EVEN TASTE LIKE K.F.C. NO SEASONINGS AT ALL AND THERE IS SO MUCH GREASE IN AND ON THE CHICKEN THAT 1/2 OF THE BOX WAS GONE, JUST SOAKED WITH GREASE!! THE FRENCH FRIES WERE GOOD, NOT AS GREASY, BUT THE LITTLE BAG WAS HALF FULL!!! I HAD A PROBLEM WITH F.F.C. ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND THEY WERE AWFUL, SAME REASONS, BUT I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT THERE HAVE GOTTEN ALOT WORSE!! I PROBABLY COULD HAVE SQUEEZED THE GREASE OUT, BUT I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GET MY HANDS THAT GREASY!! THEY USED TO BE GOOD, IT'S SAD NOW!!

the french fries were so hard we could not eat them... we are very disappointed in that because they are expensive

first the only thing that tasted good was the biscuit, the rest is horrible! Chicken was very blaw tasting, there's too much flour added to the original seasoning flour. The poutine had 2 big clumps of curds and the gravy was very plain, no taste, same as the potato salad and popcorn chicken, NO TASTE!!! I hope that this problem will be fixed as it is really awful! thank-you for the opportunity to leave this feedback.

Food was great, but it wasn't packed properly. Fries were tipped over, gravy packed in sideways (never seen that before). Thankfully, nothing spilled. Taste was great, and food was hot.
