The quality of this location has improved vastly. They used to run out of everything including the buckets. Ordered a large family bucket and what I received were a bunch of six 2pc chicken boxes with the fries as if I ordered 6x2pc meals. Pictured here is how I received this order. Even the fries came in their own bucket. They arrived crispy and not moist and soggy like before when they put them in the boxes. I'm just not sure why they put the ketchup packets in with the chicken.

I've learned to stop ordering fries, or drinks from this location. They always skimp on the fries so the LARGE bucket of fries for $10 they fill the bucket to half or less. And adding drinks to the order for the special price, they never add it, but always charge for it. I can make my own fries at home with an Air Fryer and I always have pop in the fridge.

This was very disappointing. The chicken seemed to have extra salt - more than usual. The overall quality of this location has drastically gone downhill since my last three orders. Sorry, but three strikes and you're out. I'm fine with this location.

Our regular order of a 6pc bucket + 2 Large sides is always a hit or miss. At least 50/50 the fries bucket arrives half empty or items don't get picked up or packed. Like the time I added their drink special 2 for $5 but still got charged for the $5 but the driver claimed they never gave him the drinks? Do I blame the driver or the store? But its always something like that. Especially their half full bucket of fries. That is why only 4-stars.

They forgot to drain the oil before packing my order. Chicken arrived soaked in oil. Thank God for an air fryer.
